she is known by the names Martel, Martyl and in the english dub shes known as Marta.
For those who watch FullMetal Alchemist or read the manga, should know of this character. Martel first apearing in the anime in ep 22 as a camera in a cell set free by greedo.

I'm taking screencaps of Martel from the episodes of FMA that she appears predominantly in and I'll be posting those screencaps to the Galleria in the Ryokami site. I've just finished up a torrent of Ep. 41, "Holy Mother," so hopefully I'll have perhaps the complete collection of Martel screencaps on the net. ^_^
